Legality of Online Gambling
With the fast development of new technologies, new services and businesses are also created and just like an overnight idead put into pratice. Andd together with the development of new technologies, the idea of creating and putting of online casino on the internet was indeed a great breakthrough.
In our society, our government had came up with laws and regulations on gambling especially on casinos. But what about online casino or gambling? Do they have laws for it? Indeed our law and the government itself were again and still long behind technology. What more interesting with online gambling was that they even created a a one-stop shop website they called online casino bluebook. Thus questions on whether or not online gambling is legal still has no clear answer.
Well to be fair with our legislators, they had somehow drafted and passed laws on it but to some specific form only. It was obvious that our government attitudes towards gambling vary significantly. Thus attemps to probit online gambling is unlikely to succeed. But instead of banning it, why not regulate it.
