The Music Lover

Prinsesa ng Banyera, an afternoon drama on ABS-CBN is doing great now. We love the different twists that is happening and when Ara Mina came in, it has even make the show more exciting. Hmmnn… a lot of women staying at home are always eager to watch this show and I am not an exemption to that. I believe this show is airing over a year already and I don’t know when will it end. But according to Wikipedia, it says this coming July 2008. So, malapit na malapit na!

Anyways, here is video of Dito Ba - the theme song of Prinsesa ng Banyera and sang by no other than Sheryn Regis, the new Jukebox Queen. This is also her first and favorite contest piece which she learned at the age of 5

Hmmnn…everytime my 5 cute little neighbors would turn their television on I always hear this song and I like the melody of this song so much. No wonder, I was intrigued what kind of cartoon are they watching. By the way, the name of the cartoon is Remi. It’s pretty obvious right, as you can see in the title of my post.

According to Buding, (a cute friend from home) Remi is all about the story of a little girl who was separated from her parents. She was adopted and taken care of by a lot of people especially this kind old guy who later on died. She had been through a lot. She worked at an early age and suffered from her employees also.

As the story progresses, she was able to see her real parents and brother. Hmmn…the song was all about her longing for her mother. A very nice song actually! Good thing, Filipinos were able to come up with this kind of good music. Check it out guys!

Whew! How many months since i last posted my favorite music video or song? 3 months ayt? I miss blogging so much. Anywayz, as a comeback here are two of my favorite videos which talked about GIRLS.

Somehow this is the song of my heart now. We just celebrated our 2nd year last June 4. When i open my yahoo messenger i received messages from him and i was suprised because its been few months since we are no longer chatting and i don’t know what’s up with him. Why he become cold? and now…he said that he misses me. I don’t know what is the state of our relationship? I’m not sure if i still have to hope of this weird kind of relationship that we have.

I was really impressed with the performance of Blake Lewis when he sang this famous song from Bon Jovi, “You give love a Bad Name” . He added his own taste of music and it is absolutely great. Bon Jovi was sort of hesitant during the rehearsal about his own version of the song considering that it was a famous song. He was thinking the audience might not love it. But on the day of performance, WOW! Hats off to that superb performance!

Watching a video like this where African-American is singing always impresses me. I just like the fact that they are showing to the whole world that they too excel just like the white Americans. The song Don’t Matter by Akon is hitting the airwaves so fast. I think this song has been in the number 1 spot in every music station. Congratulations!

Avril Lavigne is set to release her third album this April 17, 2007 which entitled "The Best Damn Thing". The album is said to be less mellow than previous Lavigne albums, and more upbeat. Avril described the record as: "fast, fun, young, bratty, aggressive, confident, cocky in a playful way…all the good stuff." [ from Wikipedia ] Girlfriend is one of the single in the album which already has a world premiere. This was the song my brother has been telling me last friday night which he finds Avril so beautiful. In the video, you can see two different sides of Avril, the one is she resembles Betty La Fea. It is also refreshing to see her dance. The message of the lyrics was quite shallow yet we still like it. We just love her.

I was very surprised to see this different kind of video of Gwen Stefani. I like the message sooooooo much. The message was all about two lovers who broke up but still remain friends. I hope every relationship that ends and inspite of everything that had happened to the two persons they still remain cool…The song was just released way back of July 2005. Gosshhh and i only posted it this 2006? I actually have one in my previous music blog and as usual im bringing it back to you. In this blog my favorites are being featured.
